Enjoy New York City’s Kimchi Taco at Home

Have you heard of Kimchi Taco before? If you have, you're the winner who's ahead of the game. If you haven't, you've come to the right place where you can learn about Kimchi Taco by the time you get to the end of this post.

I'm sure you everyone is aware of what taco is, but Kimchi Taco is a fairly new fusion Korean dish that started to gain awareness and popularity from a Kimchi Taco food truck in New York City.

First of all, for those of you that are not familiar with Kimchi, Kimchi is known as the superfood of Korean cuisine. In fact, when it comes to a Korean dinner table, Kimchi is almost inseparable. Plus, Kimchi is something you would want to try and eat more often as it is a very healthy choice of vegetable filled with  vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, and much more. Ladies....Kimchi is also very low in calories!

With that said, would you be willing to try taco with fresh Kimchi and other Korean marinated meat on top? The mouth-watering photo below will give you the answer. Kimchi Taco has a perfectly balanced taste of all spicy, fresh and sweet. That's why it is so addicting.

My first homemade Kimchi Taco.

I wish I could fly to the New York City to try Kimchi Taco from the food truck, but I could not wait till then.
My first trial making Kimchi Taco at home was a success, and that means it's fairly easy to make it at home. The recipe for Kimchi Taco is very simple.

Ingredients:

-Beef/flank steak marinated with minced garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil
-Sliced Kimchi
-Canned/fresh tomatoes
-Green onions
-Sauce made with Sriracha or spicy mayo and some sour cream

Try out my very simple recipe and contact me or comment on this post for any questions or comments you might have! I hope you really like your homemade Kimchi Taco.

As always...
Remember, be not afraid to try new things, especially food.
